Study sessions on basic skills needed to develop content, and the latest technology needed for the future are regularly held, planned by motivated employees.
The company has a strong culture of finding like-minded people and holding study sessions on any knowledge and technology thought to be needed. There are also cross-discipline presentations so that this knowledge and technology does not accumulate in one place.

New Hire Welcoming Parties
This party is held every year as a way for senior employees to get to know the company’s new hires and other employees (via quizzes, team game tournaments, etc.)

Many of our employees do things like publish technical documents or translate useful literature from outside Japan. As long as company rules are followed, employees are allowed to undertake these activities.
Employees can also participate in shows and conferences around the world on topics that interest them if it’s deemed required for work. They also proactively hold lectures and classes to share the knowledge that they’ve gained to other technically-minded persons at the company.
