We provide support for visa arrangements, as well as for finding housing and official procedures after their arrival in Japan.

We cover the costs of taking the JLPT as well as online Japanese lessons to help our employees improve their Japanese language skills. There is also a team that provides communication support, such as offering interpretation and translation between Japanese and English.

There are opportunities for you to work outside of Japan.

You will be based at the Tokyo head office. Depending on your career plan, you may be able to work in an overseas office in the future.

We do not provide dormitories, company housing, or housing allowances.
