新しい技術、長年使われてきた技術など様々な内容をお伝えし、業界の発展に貢献できればという想いで活動をしております。
今回は2021年4月に新設された部署「コミュニケーションサポートチーム」をご紹介します。
World Wideで通用するゲームソフトの開発を進めていく中で、社内の人材も多様化し、特に英語の重要性が増してきました。
そんな社内における日本語と英語に関するコミュニケーションの促進を担っているこのチーム、設立の背景と戦略をチームリーダーが語ります。

2019年に海外採用担当として入社し、採用チームに配属。上司に相談したことをきっかけに、グローバル開発部コミュニケーションサポートチーム立ち上げメンバーの1人になり、現在はリーダーとして日々奮闘中。

BANDAI NAMCO Studios Creators’ Night is an event dedicated to sharing BANDAI NAMCO Studios technology with everyone around the world.
The event features details on the state-of-the-art and time-tested technology used in our company, as well as and other information that we think can contribute to the growth of the industry.
This time, we’ll take a look at the Communication Support Team, a department that was established in April 2021.
As BNS continues to develop games with the intention of reaching a worldwide audience, the talent within our company is also diversifying. This means the ability to communicate in English has become especially important for us.
We have invited the team leader to talk about how the team came to be, and its strategy to help BNS with its internal Japanese-and-English communications.
They will also be available to answer your questions directly.
The presentation will be available in both English and Japanese, and participants can choose from both languages at will.
