It has been brought to our attention that someone impersonating a BANDAI NAMCO Studios employee has been directly soliciting interviews with various individuals through email.
As a matter of principle, our hiring team does not use email, SMS texts, or any other method to directly contact anyone who has not applied to positions in or participated in hiring events by our company. While we use scouting services like LinkedIn for recruiting, and contact individuals from our company’s official account or staff accounts associated with our official account, members of our hiring team will under no circumstances use any other method to directly contact potential candidates. Emails or messages like the above are scams, and we urge anyone who receives such messages to refrain from responding to them.
